Breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. The hotel's location was excellent and close to both the beach and train station. We also enjoyed the little bar in the evening for a drink.
The Wi-Fi didn't work properly on the last day, and there was no advance notice about a big party the hotel had on Friday which disturbed our early morning departure. Additionally, there was no elevator which made it hard for elderly people to go up to higher floors.

Good option for seeing Cinque Terra without staying in one of the villages. Easy access from Autostrada, although it may seem like you are in the middle of nowhere once you leave the Autostrada. Very easy to find, standout yellow with name across the front. Very close to the train station and beach. They also have free parking, which was important since I drove there. We ate at the Riviera resturant which was very good and very reasonable from an Italy perspective. Staff was very helpful with information on how to see the five villages by walk, by boat, and knowledgable on which legs were closed. Would definately stay again and definately recommend.
4Th floor w/no elevator - but we were there to walk Cinque Terra, so we look at it as a prewalk warm up.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing me with recommendations on places to see and visit in this city. The location is great, as it is close to the beach and a short walk away from the train station, making it easy to get around. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, and the breakfast was delicious!
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

It is very close to the beach and the railways station - a strategic position for good holisays. The also serve a nice and abondant breakfast, which is not always the case in Italy. On request even they supplied some food to follow my special dietary requirements. The Our room seemed to be freshly renovated and was very clean.
The room could have been bigger - especially when it is foreseen for 4 people (we were only three). In addition, the layoot of the rooms are not too fortunate: you get in the bathroom directly from the bedroom. The distance between the bed and the toilet is bout 1 meter. Even when you close the door you feel smells. I am wondering how the room temperature is in a hot summer without airconditioning. But in mid-Septemer it was OK.

I recently had the most fantastic stay at a hotel on the Italian coast. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us directions and even making reservations for us at the best local restaurants. It felt like we were among old friends. The hotel itself was small but very nice and clean, with cozy rooms that had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beach and the train station, making it easy to explore the nearby villages. And let me tell you about the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious and kept us satisfied all morning. this hotel provided exceptional value for money and made our stay in Italy unforgettable.
Not a single thing to complain about. Everything was absolutely perfect.

This hidden gem is the perfect place for hikers, beach, lovers, and foodies. It’s in a great location, with a friendly supermarket across the bridge that’s open from 8am, 8pm, making it easy to grab local produce. With wonderful restaurants nearby, the train station just a few minutes’ walk away, and the beach a stone’s throw away, it’s easy to explore the Ligurian region. the hotel is spotless, the bathroom is well, kept, and the staff provide excellent old, school service. Breakfast is yummy, and the bed is comfortable.
There was a problem with the internet connection during the evening, but reception was able to quickly restart it.

Great location for exploring the area, close to the beach and the train station. Breakfast was good and the room was clean.
the room was small and the bathroom was not properly cleaned, which was a bit of a letdown.
